Sahil Jindal

Sahil Jindal is an Indian entrepreneur, early-stage investor and third-generation business leader based in Gurugram.

He is the Managing Director of DS Jindal Group, a family-owned industrial group with more than seven decades in steel and plumbing and piping systems. Under his leadership the group has modernised its manufacturing, introduced German technology to its pipe range and expanded its national reach, while staying a family business built for the long term.

In 2023 he founded Siora Capital, the investment arm of his family office, to put the family balance sheet behind ambitious founders at pre-seed, angel and seed stage. He has backed more than fifty startups and several venture funds, and mentors founders on hiring, go-to-market, unit economics and fundraising. He also invests alongside a group of operator partners through Synergy Growth Labs.

In 2025 he co-founded Trevel, an electric cab fleet for Delhi NCR built around trained drivers, quality vehicles and a zero-cancellation promise.

In September 2026 he was appointed Chairperson of the Indian Venture Studio Association (IVSA), the industry body for venture studios in India, where he works with studio operators, investors and policymakers on standards, research and the responsible creation of new companies. He is also an investor in x42 Venture Studio.

He is a founding member and past President of EO Noida (Entrepreneurs' Organization), holds a BBA from the University of Greenwich, London, and is the author of Startup Saga, a founder's playbook from idea to IPO. He speaks regularly at founder, industry and university events on family business, patient capital and building in India.
