Siora Capital is the private investment arm of the Sahil Jindal Family Office. We invest the family's own capital into ambitious founders building in India, with time horizons measured in decades, not fund cycles.

Our mandate

The family office's mandate is straightforward: preserve capital across generations, and compound it through disciplined bets on the people and businesses reshaping India. Early-stage venture is the highest-conviction slice of that mandate — where our operating experience, industrial roots, and long time horizon create the sharpest edge.

A patient-capital philosophy

We do not deploy on a schedule. We do not chase a vintage. Because we invest our own balance sheet, we can hold positions for a decade, follow on when it is unpopular, and stay quiet when it is fashionable. Patient capital is not a slogan for us — it is the structural reason a family office exists.

In practice, this means we prefer fewer, deeper relationships. We would rather write ten thoughtful cheques a year than fifty reactive ones. When we invest, we plan to be on the cap table for the long journey.

Sectors and cheque range

We invest across technology, consumer brands, and climate-adjacent businesses, with selective bets in financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and deep tech. Our typical first cheque is $100K–$1M at pre-seed and seed, with meaningful follow-on capacity through Series A. In situations where we have deep conviction and can add real operator value, we can lead or anchor larger rounds.
