Our mandate
The family office's mandate is straightforward: preserve capital across generations, and compound it through disciplined bets on the people and businesses reshaping India. Early-stage venture is the highest-conviction slice of that mandate — where our operating experience, industrial roots, and long time horizon create the sharpest edge.
A patient-capital philosophy
We do not deploy on a schedule. We do not chase a vintage. Because we invest our own balance sheet, we can hold positions for a decade, follow on when it is unpopular, and stay quiet when it is fashionable. Patient capital is not a slogan for us — it is the structural reason a family office exists.
In practice, this means we prefer fewer, deeper relationships. We would rather write ten thoughtful cheques a year than fifty reactive ones. When we invest, we plan to be on the cap table for the long journey.
Sectors and cheque range
We invest across technology, consumer brands, and climate-adjacent businesses, with selective bets in financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and deep tech. Our typical cheque is $10K–$100K at pre-seed and seed. We are an early-stage investor and do not participate in Series A rounds.

Co-investing with family offices and funds
We regularly share deal flow with other single-family offices, operator syndicates, and early-stage funds investing in India. Most of our cheques sit alongside partners who bring a complementary view of the sector.
Co-investment terms are kept simple. We take the same instrument and the same price as the round, and we do not ask for side letters or special rights that complicate a founder's cap table.
